Remember to dress up as a book character tomorrow!!
Encourage older children to read to their younger brothers and sisters. Older children enjoy showing off their skills to an admiring audience and younger brothers and sisters seek to be like their older siblings. This will help to set a good role model for your younger child or relative.
I will be out of the building the morning of Monday, October 29th for our Continuing Contact class in Scott County. All groups that I get before 2:45 will be cancelled.
What a great turn out for our Fall Festival. Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth to get their free book and information about helping your child with reading at home! Hope everyone had a great time and we will see you at our next Family Night!!
Let your children see you reading for pleasure in your spare time. When your child sees you reading for fun, he or she will be more likely to pick up a book and read too.
The Fall Festival is tonight. Remember to stop by the reading booth to get your free book!!
I hope everyone had a wonderful Fall Break!!
Have a great fall break!! Don’t forget to continue to read while we are out of school for the week!!
