I will be out of the building March 6th - 7th for the KTLC conference.  I will email teachers about intervention groups.

I will be training for Successmaker all day.  Intervention groups will be canceled.

I will be out of the building the morning of Monday, October 29th for our Continuing Contact class in Scott County.  All groups that I get before 2:45 will be cancelled. 

This month our professional development focused on two issues.  The first was a follow up to the professional development provided by Dr. Carter on November 28th.  The topic of this was Cultrually Responsive Teaching.  The other half of the professional development dealt with vocabulary in the classroom. If you would like to view those PowerPoint presentations again come see me and I will let you borrow them or I will make you a handout.

We will be having a meeting after school on February 13th to discuss strategies for working with students at risk and vocabulary.

I will be out for the SERRRA Conference January 10-12th.
